Reigning European Champion, Danish Michael MAZE participation to the upcoming 2010 LIEBHERR European Championships in Ostrava (cZE, September 11th-19th) is still under question mark.
In January this year Michael MAZE had an accident during the practice when a half of the table fell on his foot. This injury almost destroyed season for the Worlds’ number 11, and the long list of Events from which he was forced to withdraw might be expanded even further. MAZE already missed LIEBHERR Europe Top-12 in Dusseldorf, important matches in European Champions League, VOLKSWAGEN China vs World Team Challenge in Shanghai…
The final decision about his participation in Ostrava will be known on Wednesday. We keep our fingers crossed and hope we will see champion from Stuttgart in action in Ostrava.
