Feint-Long II Butterfly Rubbers Herman Netherlands Play style: Modern Defender Other side: Tackiness Chop 1 This rubber suits my play style very well! Although there are rubbers with more spin reversal, this rubber has a great control both close and far away from the table. After some practice, it is even possible to attack without spin pretty well. 8
Legend Tibhar Rubbers Maciek Poland really hard rubber, it has probably about a 50 degree sponge. The topsheet is very tacky, tackier than most other Chinese rubbers. It is not very fast and requires more power to keep the same speed if you have used a faster rubber previously. I use for my backhand because I have a wild topspin oh sang eun kind of loop and like the spin. I bought mainly because it is 21.99 for two sheets on ebay but I think I will switch to a faster rubber. Loud too. 7
LKT Pro XP RITC Friendship Rubbers Pedja Serbia fast,no sin,no control, cheep,to soft...I dont like it... 5
729 Focus I RITC Friendship Rubbers pedja Serbia 1,8mm is slow for of rubber.spin is ok but nothing especially. On bh side is slow and imprecise. Not bad for blocks.I put it on Butterly Primorac off- and Balsa Carbo X5.My friend plays with this rubber(2,00) on Stiga optimum sinch and he is satisfied(on bh with antispin...).The price is good... 7
Desto F2 Donic Rubbers fr552 Russia Excellent one for looping, but only for that. Chopping is very difficult (in my case even on ALL+ blade), and blocking is unpredictable. 6
Narucross Nittaku Rubbers fr552 Russia I am currently playing with EX Soft on FH. Very soft rubber, with amazing spin and good control. Really good for looping far away from the table. Feeling is somewhat similar to Tibhar Nimbus Soft, but spin is much better."" 10
Solcion Butterfly Rubbers fr552 Russia I liked Solcion very much on BH - it provide absolutely wonderful control. It is my impression that it lacks some spin - so, would not fit looping style player. 10
Mercury Galaxy Rubbers VincentB Australia I believe this one of the cheapest rubbers that exist, and boy, is it great value! It isn't a Tenergy, or a Mark V, nowhere near, but it has great characteristics that makes it worth it's money. It has no STANDOUT features, but it has satisfactory topspin, chopping blocking, speed, gears, and I find it a great rubber to use. I think the topspin and speed are probably it's best features, making it between a ALL+ and OFF rubber I'd say. A word of warning, I would REALLY recommend you get the 2.0 sponge. The 2.0 feels good in the aspects that I've described above. The 2.2 just feels disgustingly hard, and has no features to me above the 2.0. They both were described as the same hardness too, but the 2.2 is pretty much unplayable for me. If you are looking for great value, to not spend too much, and trying to not miss out on too much quality, I would sure recommend this rubber, seeing as it is probably the best value rubber I have owned. 8
Milkyway Venus Galaxy Rubbers VincentB Australia In my opinion, this is the best of the Galaxy rubbers. It isn't amazingly soft, but it is more on the soft side than the hard side. This provides fantastic speed and spin, and the loops off this rubber are fantastic. Pretty much, everything is great apart for this rubber apart from one aspect. I feel it does not have good gears at a lower speed, as when you go for a half-hearted loop, it quite often becomes too fast. 9
Coppa JO Platin Donic Rubbers Bartek Poland I have played with tibhar nimbus for a few years now and i wanted to try out coppa platin after I saw it on presports.com for 30 dollars. This rubber is by far one of the worst. It has amazing speed, really good for blocking and smashing. I actually have a better block ever since I tried this racket. The bad thing is a loop.I am a power looper and loop all long balls. With nimbus, I kept a reasonable angle and did all out spin loops. Now with Platin, it is just so fast that all my loops go far. Ok, so I adjust my racket and close it a little more. Now, my rubber should be angled well enough to land a shot in the table area. However, Platin does not want to grip the ball at all and it sort of falls off the rubber. You can't, I repeat can't play heavy topsin rallys with this racket and you can't loop at a closed angle. You have to sacrifice spin which is something i would not dare do. Speed is extreme, a lot faster than nimbus. Good for crazy chinese smashers. 5
